Sheet metal processing also requires ongoing training because technology continues to evolve and we want to stay on the cutting edge: we do this by investing in technical and refresher courses to learn about and use 3D printing, new software and machinery more efficiently, as well as training on internal and external corporate communication and team building.
The future in our machinery
Alongside our traditional machinery we have incorporated a robot to accelerate some carpentry operations and a cobot, another robot dedicated to sheet metal bending, which collaborates in complete safety with human staff.
Automation is the key to accessing the future of production: it accelerates processes and optimises work planning and resources. This is positive for our business but also for our customers who obtain on-time deliveries and ensures ongoing high-quality metalworking processes.

Certified quality
In 1999 our business obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification which attests compliance with the requirements of the quality management system. This means that we guarantee that our customers receive products and services which satisfy their needs and requests.
To do so, in addition to considering quality standards, we select certified suppliers, carry out checks on incoming and outgoing materials and monitor every phase of the process.
But this is not enough for us, as we constantly work to go one step further, improving the organisational system and finding solutions that exceed expectations.
Since 2023, we have also been certified with the FCM Declaration of Compliance which documents information about food contact materials or products, particularly useful for customers in the food sector.
