SERIES and DYNAMIC, two lines with a single objective: continuous working with no machine downtime!

We designed these two production lines in 2019 to streamline the workflow and provide our customers with mass-produced and customised products.

ZETA 6 series

SERIES

This department includes the mass production of large batches and, where required, the pre-assembly of large quantities of products.

Here work is planned and optimised, ensuring punctuality and quality thanks to the efficient organisation of our operations team and our traditional and new generation equipment.

ZETA 6 dynamic

DYNAMIC

This division is dedicated to customised products, that is, small batches and urgent components, in response to specific customer requests, using selected equipment to perform complex bespoke processes.

Responsiveness, flexibility and dynamism are guaranteed, even for deliveries within 24 hours of order, thanks to a dedicated line which works in parallel with planned production.

ZETA 6’s technical office

Indispensable for consultancy, feasibility studies and quality control, our technicians also focus on design using 2D and 3D graphics programs (SOLIDWORKS for 3D developments, TruTops for laser cutting files), working with customers to achieve the best solutions. Models for 3D printing are also made in the technical office.

Beyond metalworking

In addition to laser cutting, punching, bending and welding, we offer our customers complementary processes such as calendering, thread cutting and countersinking, electro-welded inserts and pins, pre-assembly of metal parts, metal preparation for surface treatments such as painting, electropolishing, zinc plating, nickel plating and anodizing.
